Mean Green Juice

Mean Green Juice | Well and Full

HAPPY 2017!!!!

How was everybody’s New Year’s Eve? Did you make any resolutions? Last year I made a bunch of resolutions, but I want this year to be different. Instead of making huge, over-arching goals, I want to make little changes in my life that are meaningful and sustainable.

So this New Year’s, my resolution isn’t to do a specific thing – it’s to make small changes that I can implement every day. And that means acting with love in all things. Being a little more understanding; a little more forgiving. Doing the right thing, even if it’s unpopular. And always always doing what I know to be true.

I hope each and every one of you have a wonderful, happy, and healthy 2017!

Quote of the Day:

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
– Isaiah 40:30-31

happy new year friend. i am with you on not setting specific goals, instead i am setting intentions which feels little bit more lax and less pressure to check things off the list.

I am totally with you on the little changes and shifts and intentions, no crazy unrealistic resolutions that probably won’t last even to see February. It’s the little stuff that counts in so many ways! Plus I don’t need any sort of health resolution to want to drink delicious vibrant juices like this, that love of fruity fresh foods just comes naturally :) With the pineapple sweetness and all that citrus I bet this tastes marvelous!

Yes – the little stuff is what counts over all :) Even making small changes like incorporating more green juice into your diet :)

This juice looks like the perfect way to kick off 2017! And I love the idea to try and be better every day, rather than set these huge unattainable goals for ourselves. It’s so much more realistic that way. Cheers!
