Festive Mulled Apple Cider

Festive Mulled Apple Cider | Well and Full

Hi folks! I’m posting a little bit early this week because my sister and I are leaving tomorrow for DISNEY WORLD!!! I’m soooo excited. I grew up in a Disney family, and I have so many happy memories at WDW with my family and my grandparents before they died. This year, it’ll just be my sister and me, and we’re excited to spend some quality time together. We didn’t always get along growing up, but now we have a friendship that both of us are very grateful for. It should be an awesome trip! I can’t wait to go on all my favorite rides – Splash Mountain, Spaceship Earth, Space Mountain, etc. Kathryn (my sister) wants to go on The Tower of Terror but I told her she can go on that alone ;)

Today’s recipe is very unique, because it’s my first post ever on the Urban Outfitters Blog! When they reached out to me and asked if I could create a festive autumn recipe with their lovely copper pots, I jumped at the chance. And what better to make in a copper pot than homemade mulled apple cider?! To me, cider is the ultimate fall beverage (move over, #PSL); and here it’s made even better with warming spices like cinnamon and star anise. Served hot in beautiful enamel mugs, this mulled apple cider is the perfect drink to have on a chilly fall day. I know you’ll love it! :)
