- Juice from 1 Grapefruit
- 1/2" Knob Ginger
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- Water to thin if needed
- Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish, if desired
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add a small amount of water to thin, if needed.
