- Your Favorite Vegan Cream Cheese
- Avocado, sliced
- Red Onions, sliced
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Sprouts, Microgreens, or Greens
This is less of a recipe and more of DIY kind of thing. Simply toast the bagels (if you like), spread on your favorite vegan cream cheese, and add on whatever veggies you like. I found the combination of red onion, avocado, tomatoes, and microgreens to be delicious, but sautéed onions or mushrooms would be great too!
