Peaches and Cream Green Smoothie

This peaches and cream green smoothie tastes just like the dessert - only with a healthy twist. Perfect for a snack or as a dessert smoothie!

  • 2 Cups Frozen Peaches
  • 1 Cup Frozen or Fresh Mango
  • 1 Cup Kale
  • 2 Cups Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1-2 Tbs Maple Syrup to taste
  • Water to thin


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add water to thin if necessary.

  2. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If you don't have vanilla almond milk, sub in 2 cups any plant milk with a tiny dash of vanilla extract.
