Grapefruit Mint Lemonade

This Grapefruit Mint Lemonade is the perfect refreshing drink, and comes together in minutes! Made with simple, whole food ingredients. Please note that this is a little on the tart side, so feel free to add more sugar as needed.

Course Drinks


  • 6 Cups Water
  • 2 Lemons
  • 3 Ruby Red Grapefruits
  • 1/8 - 1/4 Cup Cane Sugar
  • 1-2 Sprigs Spearmint Leaves


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Start with 1/8 cup sugar (you can always add more later). Be sure to squeeze out as much juice from the lemons and grapefruits as possible.

  2. Blend the lemonade on high for about 1 minute. When done, let the lemonade "rest" for about 10 minutes, so the sugar can fully dissolve.

  3. Then, blend the lemonade one more time, for about 30 seconds. If you feel the lemonade is too tart, add more sugar.

  4. Serve in glasses with grapefruit slices and mint leaves, if you'd like.

  5. Enjoy!

For a unique flavor, try adding in a dash of maple syrup or honey, if you'd like.
