Grapefruit Mint Lemonade

This Grapefruit Mint Lemonade is the perfect refreshing drink, and comes together in minutes! Made with simple, whole food ingredients. Please note that this is a little on the tart side, so feel free to add more sugar as needed.

  • 6 Cups Water
  • 2 Lemons
  • 3 Ruby Red Grapefruits
  • 1/8 - 1/4 Cup Cane Sugar
  • 1-2 Sprigs Spearmint Leaves


  • In a blender, combine all ingredients. Start with 1/8 cup sugar (you can always add more later). Be sure to squeeze out as much juice from the lemons and grapefruits as possible.
  • Blend the lemonade on high for about 1 minute. When done, let the lemonade "rest" for about 10 minutes, so the sugar can fully dissolve.
  • Then, blend the lemonade one more time, for about 30 seconds. If you feel the lemonade is too tart, add more sugar.
  • Serve in glasses with grapefruit slices and mint leaves, if you'd like.
  • Enjoy!


For a unique flavor, try adding in a dash of maple syrup or honey, if you'd like.
