Vegan Peach Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 Cup Carrots
  • 1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Fresh Peach pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1 Cup Frozen Peaches
  • 2 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • Water to thin if needed


  1. Begin by adding the carrots, protein powder, and water to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until the carrots are completely pulverized.

  2. Then, add in the rest of the ingredients. Try to use the smallest amount of water possible, but add more in small increments if the blender gets stuck.

  3. For a lower sugar option, use 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup water instead of the full cup.

  4. Once smoothie is creamy, pour into glasses. Top with oat milk or chia seeds, if you'd like.
