- 1/2 Cup Spinach packed
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 3/4 Cup Frozen Cherries
- 2-3 Ice Cubes
- 1 Cup Tart Cherry Juice
- 1/2 Cup Sweetened Plant Milk of Choice
- 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
- Water to thin, as needed
In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
