Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Spinach packed
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Cherries
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup Tart Cherry Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Sweetened Plant Milk of Choice
  • 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
  • Water to thin, as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Top with berry jam or chia jam if you'd like!
