This mango melon lassi is a fantastic, natural source of probiotics and vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Mango cubed
  • 1 Cup Cantaloupe cubed
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice approx. 2 lemons
  • 1/2 Tbs Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup or more to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more maple syrup / agave nectar if desired.
