Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Buttermilk Ranch dressing is a classic, crowd-pleasing recipe that can be used in so many different ways! It's so easy to make at home.

Ingredients

Buttermilk Ranch

  • 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Chives finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Freshly-Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • Freshly-Cracked Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 Tsp Dried Parsley

Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh Herbs
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and whisk together until evenly combined.
  • Let the dressing sit for about 5 minutes until tasting, then adjust seasonings to your liking (i.e. add more herbs, more salt, etc.). It's important to let the dressing rest so that the flavors can really meld!
  • Serve with any garnishes you'd like, and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe yields about 1.5 - 1.75 cups of dressing.
  • This will keep for about 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
