Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2White Onionchopped
3Large Cloves Garlicfinely minced
4CupsVegetable Stock
2CupsWater

Instructions
Start by cooking your pasta according to the package directions, or until al dente. When done, rinse pasta off with cold water in a strainer and set aside.
