Buttermilk Ranch
3/4CupSour Cream
1/2CupMayonnaise
1/4CupButtermilk
1/4CupFresh Chivesfinely chopped
2TbspFreshly-Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2TspSalt
Freshly-Cracked Black Pepperto taste
1/2TspGarlic Powder

1Large Cucumbercut into thin slices

Instructions
Buttermilk Ranch
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and whisk together until evenly combined.
Let the dressing sit for about 5 minutes until tasting, then adjust seasonings to your liking (i.e. add more herbs, more salt, etc.). It's important to let the dressing rest so that the flavors can really meld!
Creamy Cucumber Salad
While the buttermilk ranch is resting, CAREFULLY use a mandoline slicer to cut your cucumber into thin slices.
Add the cucumber slices to a mixing bowl and sprinkle with the salt. Mix well.
Then, add in the ranch dressing and everything bagel seasoning. I provided measurements as a guide, but you can add as little or as much as you like.
Mix the cucumber with the dressing and seasoning until all of the slices are coated. Garnish with any herbs or spices that you like.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Save the rest of the Buttermilk Ranch dressing in the refrigerator for 4-5 days!
If you'd prefer to use store-bought ranch dressing here, feel free to do so.
You can use any cucumber you like here, such as English cucumbers or garden cucumbers.
I recommend making this salad right before serving for best freshness!
