Ingredients

  • 4 oz Cranberry Juice not cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 oz Freshly-Squeezed Orange Juice
  • Ginger Beer to fill
  • 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • Pomegranate Arils optional
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Get out two glasses. Pour in 2 oz of cranberry juice in each glass, and 1 oz of freshly-squeezed orange juice in each glass. Stir.
  • Add in ice to fill each glass, then pour the ginger beer on top. Stir.
  • Garnish each glass with pomegranate arils and fresh sprigs of thyme. Enjoy!

Notes

  • I highly recommend using a cocktail jigger to measure the ingredients. However, if you don’t have one, here are the liquid conversions:
    • 2 oz = 1/4 cup
    • 4 oz = approx. 1/2 cup
  • If you want to batch prep this mocktail for a crowd, combine 2 cups of real cranberry juice with 1 cup of freshly-squeezed orange juice in a large jar or pitcher, and mix. Pour 3 oz of this juice mixture in your guests' glasses, then top with ice and ginger beer.
