Cook Time 25 minutes minutes
Total Time 30 minutes minutes

Servings 1
- 1 15 oz Can Chickpeas
 - 1-2 Tbs Olive or Avocado Oil
 - 1/2 Tsp Salt
 - 1/2 Tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
 - 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
 - 1/2 Tsp Paprika
 - Black Pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Wash and dry your chickpeas so they're completely dry. Discard any loose chickpea skins.
In a bowl, mix chickpeas, oil, salt, and spices, so that the chickpeas are evenly coated.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake chickpeas in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
When done, let cool.
Enjoy!

- The drier the chickpeas are before tossing with oil/spices, the crunchier they will be.

- For even better results, remove all of the chickpea skins before cooking. It takes a long time, but it gets the chickpeas super crunchy!

- This all being said, these chickpeas aren't meant to be totally crispy - they have a meaty inside that really adds texture to salads and pasta dishes!

- Feel free to freestyle the spices here - turmeric, harissa powder, or steak seasoning are all great additions!
