This spicy vegan buffalo hummus is the perfect dip for tortilla chips, pita, or veggies!
Ingredients
115 oz CanChickpeasrinsed and drained
1CloveGarlic
1TbsTahini
1TbsFresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1TbsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
3-4TbsBuffalo Sauce
1/4TspPaprika
1/4TspSalt
Instructions
In a food processor, combine all ingredients and process on high until the hummus is smooth and creamy. Taste, and adjust seasonings to your liking. I added the extra tablespoon of hot sauce ;)
To serve, garnish with chickpeas, paprika, and extra hot sauce.

Notes
For this recipe I used Frank's Red Hot sauce, but any brand of similar hot sauce would work!
