Antioxidant Berry Smoothie

This stunningly purple antioxidant berry smoothie is full of anthocyanins, a type of antioxidant most commonly found in berries.

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 Leaves of Red Cabbage
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
