First, cut the butter into slices to allow faster melting.
Bring a large pot to medium-low heat. Add in the slices of butter and stir until melted.
Once the butter is melted, add in the mini marshmallows. Stir the butter and marshmallows until the marshmallows are totally melted and incorporated into the butter. Then, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
Turn off the heat and add in the popped popcorn. Stir until all of the popcorn is evenly coated.
Top with sprinkles, if you'd like.

Notes
Feel free to use home-popped popcorn instead of store-bought in this recipe.
If using homemade, unsalted popcorn, use salted butter in this recipe instead. You want a little salt to amplify the flavor, but not too much!
