1/2White Onion
3/4CupBlue Cheese
1/3CupMayoor more, if needed

Instructions
To begin, defrost your frozen spinach in the microwave. Once it's been thawed, wrap the spinach in a clean towel or paper towel and squeeze out all the excess water. Repeat if needed, until as much water is squeezed out as possible. (You can save this water for smoothies later on!). Put the spinach in a mixing bowl.
Chop up your white onion into small pieces, then add it to the mixing bowl. Add in the blue cheese, mayo, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined, then taste. Add more salt if you'd like.
Add the dip to a serving bowl. If you'd like to garnish it, add a drizzle of olive oil and a few herbs on top. If not, the dip stands on its own!
