Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup
1/3CupPumpkin Purée
1/4CupSugar
1/4CupBrown Sugar
1/4CupWater
1TspPumpkin Spice

1/2ozPumpkin Purée
1ozPumpkin Spice Syrup
1/2ozOrange Liqueursuch as Cointreau or Triple Sec
1/2ozFresh-Squeezed Lime Juice

Instructions
To begin, make the pumpkin spice simple syrup. In a small saucepot, add in all of the syrup ingredients and bring to medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce to a simmer and cook until all of the sugar is completely melted. When done, set aside and let cool.
Prep your pumpkin spice brown sugar for the glass rims (if desired). Sprinkle a thin layer of brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and coarse sea salt (optional) onto a plate. Using a lime wedge, wet the rims of your cocktail glasses, then gently press into the plate of sugar until the rims are coated.
To prepare the margaritas, add ice to your cocktail shaker. Add in the margarita ingredients and shake until ice cold, at least 15-30 seconds.
Add ice to your glasses. Pour margaritas evenly between the two glasses. Serve and garnish with extra cinnamon or cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
