Instructions
To begin, make the dressing. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until combined. Taste, and adjust seasoning to your preference. Set aside.
Prep all of your salad ingredients as directed.
Combine all salad ingredients into a large bowl. Whisk together the dressing once more, then pour over the salad and mix.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If making this salad ahead of time, prep all of the ingredients and store them separately. Combine everything just before serving.
If you can't find the heirloom varieties of radicchio in the grocery store, regular radicchio will just just fine!
If you don't like radicchio, sub in any greens you like.
This salad is lightly dressed. Feel free to double the dressing recipe to have extra left over, if desired.
