Instructions
Select a mason jar or similar vessel in which to infuse your strawberries. Then, purchase or pick a large enough quantity of strawberries that it will fill your jar nearly to the top.
Rinse your strawberries in water, then pat dry with a towel.
Add strawberries to your jar, then pour in white vinegar to the top until all strawberries are completely submerged.
Cover the jar with an airtight lid and put in the fridge for 5-7 days for infusion.
After 5-7 days have passed, strain the strawberries from the vinegar, then put the infused vinegar into a clean jar.
This vinegar will last in the fridge for about 6-8 months.

Notes
For this recipe, regular distilled white vinegar is ideal, but you can also use white wine vinegar. The key is not to overpower the strawberry flavor, so avoid apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, or red wine vinegar.
