Ingredients
Broccoli + Chickpeas
1HeadBroccolicut into florets
115 oz CanChickpeasrinsed and dried
Drizzle of Neutral Vegetable Oil
1/2TspSalt
Black Pepperto taste
2TspDried Parsley
1TspDried Basil
Green Goddess Dressing
1/3CupTahini
1/3CupWater
1/2TspSalt
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
1CloveGarlic
1TbsFresh Basil
Black Pepperto taste
The Rest of the Salad
1Green Bell Peppersliced
4-5CupsCurly or Lacinato Kalepacked

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
In a bowl or on a baking sheet, toss your broccoli florets + rinsed and dried chickpeas with the oil, salt, and spices, until they're evenly coated.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake broccoli and chickpeas for 25-30 minutes.
While the broccoli and chickpeas are cooking, make the dressing. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste, and adjust seasonings if necessary.
When everything is done, assemble the salads. Add on a layer of kale and green bell peppers, then top with the broccoli and chickpeas. Drizzle everything with as much dressing as you like, and top with hemp seeds.
