Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

This vegan pumpkin spice latte is - dare I say it - BETTER than the original because it contains REAL pumpkin and spices! Vegan + refined sugar free.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Espresso see notes
  • 1 Tbs Pumpkin Puree canned or homemade
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch Allspice
  • 2 Tbs Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • This latte can either be served hot or cold.
  • For cold, just pour in a glass over ice and serve.
  • For hot, heat the latte up in a saucepot on the stove until just simmering. Then, carefully pour into a glass.
  • Sprinkle the latte with cinnamon and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you don't have/want espresso, substitute the same amount for strongly-brewed black coffee!
