Oregano Simple Syrup
Create unique, restaurant-quality cocktails at home with this Oregano Simple Syrup! This recipe is so easy and perfect for spring!

- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Oregano loosely packed
Wash and dry the oregano before using.
Add the water, sugar, and oregano to a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Once the mixture is bubbling, reduce heat, and simmer for about 8-10 minutes, stirring often.
When done, remove from heat and let the syrup come down to room temperature.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve, and discard or compost the oregano.
Enjoy!
- Save this syrup in the fridge for 3-4 days, or in the freezer for 2-3 months.
