Today I wanted to do another recipe roundup because I know that a lot of folks are starting to plan their Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving menus! Last year I did an entire vegan Thanksgiving spread, and this year I wanted to expand into the best vegetarian Thanksgiving recipes.

Even though Thanksgiving is known for turkey, more and more people are opting for vegan and vegetarian dishes every year! Most of these recipes are vegan-friendly, and many are gluten-free as well. There will something for everyone on this list!

There are tons of amazing sides to eat, like Pumpkin Cauliflower Gratin, French Onion Stew, and more!

Yes! I would say my simplest recipe here is my Vegan Roasted Green Beans, which are a breeze to make. Also, this French Onion Stew is deceptively simple to make!
