Earth Tones Smoothie

Earth Tones Smoothie | Well and Full | #vegan #recipe

I’m thinking of doing a new series on my blog – the “Saturday Smoothie” series. What do you think? Smoothies are such a huge part of my diet, and I post a bunch of them here. In fact, I post so many of them that they might deserve their own day! Another opportunity I’d like to take with this series is to share some of the things that are catching my eye on the internet over the week. A few of my favorite bloggers do a similar link up, and I love seeing what’s piquing their interest too. It such a great way to discover new bloggers / instagrammers, and to kind of get an insight into their esthetic. And now I want to share my esthetic with you! So without further ado –

here’s what caught my eye this week:

1 // Jessie’s (of Faring Well) channel on Nom (Girl, you are the cutest!)

2 // Emily’s Glowing Smoothie with pineapple, coconut, and macadamia milk (so gorgeous!!)

3 // Something I saw on Laura’s (of The First Mess) Happy Hour postLisa Frank tarot cards. These would have totally fit in with my trapper keeper.

4 // My current instagram crush <3

5 // This brand of raw vegan protein powders + shakes (my dream)

6 // These RAW VEGAN unicorn cupcakes (how amazing do they look)

7 // One of my friends from college works for the ASPCA. This weekend, they coordinated the adoption of over 400 rescue cats and dogs to loving homes.

8 // I wish this amazing company would feed me 24/7

I hope you all have an amazing weekend!! :D

Does the beet need to be steamed or cooked beforehand?

Nope! Just stick it in the blender raw! :) But you can steam or cook the beet if you want!
