Superfood Detox Smoothie

Superfood Detox Smoothie | Well and Full | #vegan #superfood #detox #smoothie

Happy Smoothie Saturday!! I’m writing this instead of packing… today is the big move, and my friends and dad will be here in a few hours to help me move all of my big stuff. Luckily, all of my ceramics made it to my house safely (thanks to copious amounts of bubble wrap), but today is for big things like the couch and the bookshelves. Still, I have a ton of awkward kitchenware that still needs to go in boxes… how are you supposed to pack glass bottles of olive, hemp, and flax oils?! I’ll figure it out, though.

So here’s what caught my eye on the internet this week:

1 // I get so much meal inspiration from Miranda of @theCrunchyRadish… she throws together the most gorgeous bowls!

2 // I loved reading about what tea rituals are like across the world.

3 // Laura’s meal + styling for Anthropologie was just stunning.

4 // I went on a pinning spree with anything from 101 Cookbooks or Quitokeeto. Heidi’s work is so gorgeous, especially this pipelchuma salad.

5 // I’m in love with this beauty brand, which uses crystals and gems in their products.

6 // Desperately want these glasses from Anthro. So beautiful!

7 // If you haven’t joined our facebook group yet – Healthy Vegan Recipes – then you’re missing out from awesome bloggers like The Green Life and Spice + Sprout!

8 // I wish everything in my house/garden was from Terrain. That is all.

I hope you all have a great weekend! :)

This just screams “drink me, I have tons of anthocyanins going on!” And pineapple in there too sounds super delish :) I just was exploring that Terrain website (never heard of it before) and I kinda want…everything. Now excuse me while I go obsess over beautiful things I can’t afford some more. Happy weekend!

The smoothie looks amazing, I adore the colour and can almost feel the taste combination on my tongue :) Mmm :)
Thanks for blog recommendations, too, I’m really enjoying the Crunchy Radish.
Good luck with your move, I remeber transporting all my bottles, wrapped in newspapers, stuffed into a carton, on my lap in a car. (I also remember transporting my 2000 books in gazillion car trips…). :D

Thank you Katya! I’m glad you like the recommendations :) And I’ve also had quite a time transporting my gazillion books (mostly cookbooks ;) ), I’ve been trying to fit them in wherever I can, but they make the boxes so heavy! :D

Aren’t Goji berries amazing. I am growing two small goji plants. This smoothie has some of my favorite flavors in it. I will love this recipe forever! For the love of mothers, my mom (claire) mailed 18 grapefruit to me last week. She grew them and wanted to share. So,it is… smoothies for me and my family and friends. Thank-you

I love goji berries too! It’s awesome that you’re growing your own plants :) And that was so nice of your mom to send you grapefruits that she grew, what a thoughtful gift! Hope you enjoy this smoothie :D
