These Sugared Cranberries went viral on TikTok for good reason! They’re a delicious, easy-to-make holiday snack!
Living in New England, I’ve always enjoyed cranberries as part of our local food offerings. They’re especially popular in Cape Cod, which is my favorite place in the world! For several summers my family and I stayed at the Cranberry Inn, a quaint Bed & Breakfast on Main Street in Chatham, Cape Cod. The inn was named as such thanks to the many cranberry bogs located on the Cape. I remember for tea time every day, the inn offered cranberry muffins or cookies, which felt so on-theme! Now, the Cranberry Inn is under new management and has become the very bougie Chatham Inn. It looks gorgeous, but I miss the old Cranberry Inn!
You’d think that someone who loves cranberries as much as me would have more cranberry recipes on their blog. Alas, that is not the case. Cranberries are delicious in baked goods, but I am a horrible baker – so I don’t have many baked goods recipes here. However, these Holiday Sugared Cranberries are incredibly easy and forgiving to make! You toss the cranberries with sugar and lemon juice, then bake them in the oven. After they’ve cooled slightly, you toss them in powdered sugar for perfectly festive little morsels! They’re sweet, tart, and just the right amount of crunchy! Enjoy!
